I’ve always been drawn to making things, taking whatever I could find and letting my imagination lead me until I was proud of what was in front of me.
Welding isn’t just a job for me, it’s where my passion for engineering and artistry meet hands-on craftsmanship. Every piece I work on gets my full attention and criticism, from building it to spec, to ensuring it meets my aesthetic standards.
I learned the value of hard work and attention to detail early on (thanks Mom & Dad), and I’ve carried that into every project since. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from hydro-cyclonic separators and diesel truck axle trainers, to custom benches and metal monsteras, and with the start of each new project looking for ways to do it better and smarter.
I care about what I do, and it shows. Every CAD model, every fit-up, every weldment, and every detail gets the same focus and pride. Whether it’s a heavy duty build or a complex artistic creation, I want it done right, not just done.

Professional Qualifications
Since beginning my welding journey in 2023, I have developed experience across a variety of welding processes, including SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW (Flux-Cored), aluminum spool gun, and handheld laser welding. I regularly work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, and have extensive experience with fabrication, fit-up, finishing, and assembly processes that bring projects from concept to completion.
My technical background extends beyond welding. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Mechanics and a minor in Mathematics. Combined with more than eight years of experience using Autodesk Inventor and other CAD software, this foundation allows me to approach projects with both practical fabrication knowledge and an engineering mindset.
In addition to welding and design work, I have experience with CNC equipment, blueprint interpretation, fabrication mathematics, manufacturing documentation, and general fabrication practices. Through coursework offered by the American Welding Society, I have studied welding safety and fundamentals, metallurgy, destructive and non-destructive testing, welding inspection principles, and related technical standards. A long-term goal of mine is to become an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central to my work. I hold an OSHA 10 certification and have been recognized for both technical achievement and leadership. In 2024, I won the Northern Virginia Community College Fabrication and Mechatronics Lab Design Challenge. In 2025, I earned first place in the Virginia SkillsUSA Welding Sculpture Competition and received NOVA's SEAL Award, which recognizes excellence in Service, Engagement, Academics, and Leadership. Whether working on industrial fabrication, custom projects, or artistic metalwork, I strive to deliver results that are functional, well-crafted, and built to last.
